OUR BEGINNING
Nuri Fusion Street Kitchen started as a small food truck in 2016. We wanted to share my love for bold flavors by blending Mexican and Asian cooking. What began with just a few dishes quickly grew because people loved the mix of tastes and the fun, street-food vibe. Today, we are proud to serve McAllen from our home at 7600 N 10th St SUITE 800-H.

We mix Mexican and Asian traditions in every dish. Our menu features Kimchi Rice with Ribeye, Korean Karnitas, Bird Buns, and Brussels sprouts that guests can’t stop talking about. Each plate is made from scratch with generous portions and flexible choices like tofu for lighter meals.
